ENDANGERED FECES NEWS

February 14, 2010: So, to sound cliche - it's been a really long time since we've posted anything in this section, and unfortunately, it is with much sadness that I post this today. Our long time, dear friend, J. Garino, from Norman Bates and the Showerheads, and Six and Violence fame, passed away on Thursday, February 11th. It was very sudden, and unexpected, and J. will be sorely missed. He, along with the other members of Six and Violence and of course, Norman Bates and the Showerheads, were huge inspirations to us, when we were first starting out, playing punk rock. I knew that when I first heard NBSH, that I was going to be a fan for life, and I knew that was what I wanted to play. Having already been a fan of The Ramones, it was easy to accept NBSH, as Queens Village's own answer to The Ramones. And of course the crazy antics of The Six and Violence - had us peeing ourselves, and made punk rock fun... J. Garino, we love you, respect you, and you will be missed by everyone who has had the honor of knowing you. As a friend, a brother, and fellow Rock N Roller...

April 13, 2008: Howdy... Well, I know I say this all the time but, it has been a really long time since I've posted anything here... My apologies... A lot has happened recently, with the band, and we've been undergoing some changes, and its something that shouldn't go unmentioned here... As you all know by now, Pete Cronin, who had been with us since 1991 left the band last September, and our good pal Hugo, who had been our interior defecator - the man who makes that toilet paper go like no one else, has stepped up, and taken over the role of drummer... It was a great fit, since he's been our friend and brother for years, and it was easy to welcome him into a full time role with the band... I (Keith) have started playing a little guitar, to add some more to the band, and its a lot of fun... Hopefully, we'll maybe even see the release of "Number Two" this year, and start writing some more tunes... Thank you again to the fine punk rock community of Suffolk County, and the folks at Bada Bing in Port Jefferson for a great time yesterday - we're looking forward to coming back soon... As always, thank you guys for your continued support, and hopefully we will start seeing more of you again...

July 9, 2006: Howdy... Well, it sure has been a long time since I've posted anything here... I've been neglecting the site a bit, I know, but, I've been real busy... Anyway, some of the news that is in the world of Fece now, is we've finished recording our second full length CD (aptly titled "Number 2")... Mariko & Cathy are working on the cover art for us, which is awesome... Thank you ladies... We owe a lot to Don Fury and Cyclone Sound Studios, for putting together a great album for us, and once again, dealing with the level of stupidity we give him... He's the greatest... We've got some shows coming up this summer, which you can check out in the SHOWS section of the site, and we'll hopefully have the new CD coming out by the end of the summer... Thanks again to everyone that's shown us support, and be sure to visit us on MySpace too: http://www.myspace.com/endangeredfeces

September 18, 2005: Hey folks... Thank you... Thank you all for making our Memorial for Al a great day... Al would have loved to see all you at the show, so, I am glad that it was a such a great turnout... Special thanks to Al's mom and sister for coming down, and showing support, and chatting with everyone... I bet Al never expected to have mom come to a punk rock show... Also, thank you to Joe & LI Punx for getting the word out quickly, and making everything come together, as he always does... I hope that the canned food was enough to show support, and I hope that enough money was brought in, to make a great donation in Al's name... Perhaps now that everyone was brought together again, we can continue this, and have good punk rock shows on Long Island again... Special thanks to the bands that showed their support, and put on a terrific show...

September 5, 2005: Hello again... I am posting the funeral arrangements from Bonnie (Al's sister)...

Al Of Hate Midnica's funeral will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2005, at 11:15 A.M. It will be held in Parkside Memorial Chapels, 98-60 Queens Blvd., (corner of 66th Avenue), Rego Park, NY 11374. Their phone number is (718) 896-9000.

Al is Jewish and for those of you who may be unfamiliar with our customs there is no "viewing" of the body. Our tradition also includes being buried in a plain pine box. My family decided together that he would have wanted to be buried with his Eyes of Hate shirt on and that is part of what he will be buried in.

Although I realize that most other religious backgrounds have flowers at funerals, Jews do not. As a result, I must ask you to respect our customs and not to send any flowers to the funeral home or to his family members.

September 3, 2005: Once again, it is a sad day in the NYC scene, as we've lost a great friend, Al Of Hate... I will re-post something that touched me, which came from good friend and band mate to Al, Jay "Decay" Haley...

R.I.P. Al of Hate
Body: This is Jay, the Eyes Of Hate drummer.

For those of you that heard what's up but don't know if its a sick joke or not, it's the real deal, it's true. . .

For those that have no clue what's going on, Al Of Hate was found dead in a hotel room I think during the afternoon of Friday the 3rd. I don't know enough about what happened so I'm not the one to ask but...

Autopsy is happening soon to find out exactly what happened, but in my opinion it doesn't matter HOW he died, the man I felt was like a second father to me is gone and that's the bottom line.

Now, I'd like to post wake/funeral info, but I don't know any of it right now. I'll be angry if I'm not informed but I'm confident I'll get it somehow and if I know the info I'll be there and if I GET the info I'll post it. I wouldn't NOT post it. IF I FIND OUT THE WAKE/FUNERAL INFO YOU WILL ALL KNOW ABOUT IT, BUT KEEP YOUR EYES PEELED FOR THE BULLETIN/BLOG WHEN I POST IT.

I know this news is going to break too many hearts, mine being one of them.

Al was generous, always helped people out, never wanting anything in return. loved playing benefit shows, broke up fights at shows, paid for kids to get in to shows or snuck them in, just loved to do positive things for other people around him and bringing smiles to everyone. I just don't even know where to begin, but anyone who knew him knows what I'm talkin about and knew what the guy was all about .we lost an extremely special guy, that I will think about forever.

The remaining members of Eyes Of Hate (Tommy, Antonio, myself,) do not know what we are going to do music-wise. I'm not making any decisions till all this fucking shit is over but you'll be posted on news if you check the bulletins/blogs.

Al Midnica 1960 - 2005

September 2, 2005: I've gotten some terribly disheartening news today... Al Of Hate, our good friend, brother, and beloved singer of New York City's own Eyes Of Hate, has passed away. I have not gotten any details as to what happened, nor do I have any information regarding funeral arrangements and such. I am hoping to have something soon. Please, if you know what happened, or know details about arrangements being made, please contact us, and let us know. There are several of Al's fans and friends who are terribly saddened and I am certain they would love to pay their respects. We loved Al, as did everyone who knew him, and he will be sorely missed. He was a credit to the Punk Rock / Hardcore community, a fine human being, and a true great friend... Rest in peace Al... We love you...

February 15, 2005:Man! It sure has been a long time, since I have posted anything here... I wish I had some good news, or something great to say, but, in actuality, I have posted to bring some sad news. Our friend, Paulie G, who was known by many as the legendary co-frontman of Th Six And Violence, passed away on February 9th, 2005. He will be missed by all... Our friends from NORMAN BATES AND THE SHOWERHEADS have some great last photos of Paulie, which you can see HERE ...

February 20, 2004:Howdy... I was cruising the worlld wide web, and found this little ditty... Apparently your pals are getting some air play... We're currently making play lists at WFMU 91.1FM, based out of Jersey City, NJ, and it's partner station WXHD 90.1FM on the Hudson Valley... Thanks to Pat Duncan, who broadcasts THURSDAYS from 11:00pm till 2:00am... So, thanks Pat Duncan for hooking us up with "Banned In Rhode Island" on your show... You can actually get a Real Audio stream of his show, as well as others at the following URL: WFMU 90.1FM or click HERE to go to the AUDIO STREAMING page on WFMU's site... Feel free to contact them and request Endangered Feces music, whether it be the currently played "Banned In Rhode Island", or any of your favorites from our CD "Ass For It By Name..." Thanks again for your support...

February 20, 2004:Hey... I had to share this with our pals, since, if it is NOT a joke, it's even funnier than if it is... If it was just a joke, it's silly and lame, and someone just has too much time on their hands between masturbation sessions... Someone signed our guestbook, which I have left the post there, so you can click on GUESTBOOK and check it out after you read this, but, they also filled out our CONTACT form, and e-mailed me this:

Now, I don't really care who wrote it, but, I wanted to share this with you guys, since it is awfully funny that someone took the time to write this, and sign our guestbook the same way... That means that A: They were on our site for more than a few seconds, which means that even after "blowing us off the stage back in the day", they STILL think about us, which is cool... and B: They're not blowing us off the stage now, which means that their band probably failed miserably, and couldn't stay together and keep doing what we do, and love to do, all the while having a great time with all of you guys out there, that support us...

So anyway, enjoy it, and thanks again to those of you who continuously support us... We love you guys... Suffolk County in the house...

November 23, 2003:It's me again... Just wanted to let everyone know that we're trying to plan our record release party for December 21st 2003... We're hoping to find a really good venue, to do ALL AGES... Hopefully, by some stroke of luck, The King's Club would allow for us to do it, for this one occasion... We'll see... Anyway, we just wanted to say thanks to everyone for last night at Molly Blooms II... We had a great time... Congrats to our pals from The Clap, on the record release... Ours is soon to come, so, let's hope we'll have a great record relase party... We'll keep you posted in the SHOWS section, on what is going on with that... That's about it for now... Thanks for your continued support, and we'll see you soon...

November 15, 2003:Hey... What's shakin' everybody? Well, Jay and I have finished the artwork for the CD cover, and it is soon to go to the presses... I'm hoping all will be done and out by Christmas... We ran into a small speed bump with the Twisted Sister cover "Tear It Loose", but we've obtained the licensing to put it on the CD, and we're gonna be able to leave it on the record after all... A super special thanks to Rich Black and Under The Volcano, for all of his help, expertise, and support through the whole ordeal... So the CD will be on UNDER THE VOLCANO / WINGED DISK Records, and will hopefully be available soon... So get your crisp, clean $5 dollar bills ready for that, as I believe that will be the going price... We could not thank everyone we wanted to individually, so a lot of people were lumped into a group, but, you guys (especially in Suffolk County) know who you are... Anyway, that's about all of the news so far... When the record relase party will be, I do not know, but we'll have an insight within the next couple of weeks, I hope... As for now, I am hoping we'll see all of you at Molly Blooms II for the CLAP Record Release party... Later...

September 28, 2003:Howdy... Thanks to the people of Providence Rhode Island, for making last night's gig a lot of fun... We were a bit disappointed that our pals from Long Island never made it up there, but, we muddled through and had a blast... An extra special thanks to No Regard for letting us use their gear... And of course to USM, The SLEAZIES, and The VIBRATORS for playing with us... A huge amount of thanks to Jami Sleaze, for booking us, and for Mike & Gin for hanging out with us in HOPS... Having a Brewery on our way to The Living Room is bad news, but, we had a blast... But, I wanted to thank everyone for their support, and we hope to see you guys again soon... The Creeps, The Sleazies, and all of our NEW pals in Rhode Island... Thanks, and we'll see you soon...

August 23, 2003:Hey... What's happenin' guys? It's been a while since I've posted here, so I thought I'd spend a few minutes with you... Last weekend, we were back in Suffolk County, Long Island, and it was great to be back "home" after a few months of not having played there... We had a lot of fun, even though there were much less people than expected there... But it was great to see all of you, as well as The Spitzz and The Profits (our pals from Boston)... Anyway, a few people have been asking us about a CD... We're in the process of finishing up some artwork, and some editing (song order and stuff), but, with luck, we should have the CD completed by October, but in the very least, by Christmas... We've decided to do an DIY deal on the CD, and we'll probably be selling them at the shows, for like $5 bucks or so... We're in the middle of putting our generic home video out, which we had a few out in Suffolk County... It features live performances, as well as some bonus footage... It sells for about $3 bucks (as it isn't cheap to buy video cassettes, and we hope those of you that bought one last weekend, are enjoying it... Hopefully soon, once we have everything together, I can start making this stuff available through the site (with like a PayPal deal or something)... We'll see how that goes... But, I just wanted to let you guys know what's happening... Thanks again for your support, as always, and we'll see you guys soon...

May 31, 2003:Howdy... No, nothing major is going on, but, I figured I would stop in here... Mainly, to say thank you to everyone who has continued with the support... You all do know, that without you, the people of Suffolk County, our shows out there would be (excuse the pun), SHIT!!!! You make it what it is, from the toilet paper, to the sing-alongs, and everything else that goes along with it... I know, not many bands can say their drummer does an Irish number, for his solo act, and then drinks his own piss, shortly after the crowd has been pelted with 200 rolls of toilet paper, and the room looks like a college prank, but, that's all YOU... I don't know if we express too much, how humbled we are, and how grateful we are of each and every one of you, and the comments, and compliments... We love having fun with what we do, and you make it that way... Once you're not having, why would you want to continue with it...? Well, hopefully we wont have to ever experience that... I was told by a bartender in the Hard Rock Cafe, in Orlando recently, that usually once he meets someone in the industry, he usually no longer respects that artist, as they are usually quite dicky... Well, we're not rock stars, and we're not celebrities, but, we never wanna feel that we're being rejected in that sense... We take what we do, pretty seriously, and what we take seriously, is a commitment... A commitment to be a band, that enjoys playing, and enjoys the interaction with the crowd... We take seriously, the toilet paper, the piss drinking, and the good time... That's what we're about... A good time, by all... So, we just wanna say thanks... Anyway, I am gonna stop rambling now... I just thought after not putting something here for quite a while, I would express our gratitude...

March 30, 2003:Hey... Well, we made it Rhode Island and made it home without any run ins with the local law enforcement this time... We had a fantastic time too... The show went well, even though I think we played like shite... The crowd was great, and extra special to our friends who made it up from Long Island, just to hang with us, and help us out with Don't Drink The Milk (and the cleaning of the toilet paper)... Drunk Jay, you're a life saver... Thanks to everyone else that pitched in with cleaning up... Also, a very, VERY special thanks to The Sleazies and Midnight Creeps, who were both not only fantastic last night, but made the trip all so much better... Thanks to Randy and The Living Room, and we hope we'll be back soon... Well, that's about it for now... Thanks again to everyone for their continued support... We're still looking into a venue for April 6th... If anyone has any ideas, please let us know... So far, it is looking like it MAY be at Scooters in Patchogue... We'll know more this week...

March 10, 2003:Howdy... Well, thanks to our good pal Will, and John (for e-mailing it to me), we have a GREAT new picture in the pictures section of the site... I'm hoping that someone will take the initiative to somehow magically turn this into posters, shirts, patches or whatever... I think it's VERY appropriate for us, and we humbly a greatly appreciate the work Will did... Thank you ever so much... Go check it out... I think everyone will get a huge kick out of it... I modified just a tad, to make it clean, but the artwork itself is all Will's doing... Thanks again, pal... By the way, I know our message board is currently down, and I have made it known to the host, who is working on it as we speak, and hopefully it will be back up and running in the next day or so...

February 23, 2003:To the good folks of Suffolk County, Long Island... It seems there was some confusion, possibly set off to a partial rumor that we were going to be performing at a show today (February 23, 2003), when in fact, we are currently in the recording studio, and this was scheduled months prior... We apologize for any inconvenience, as this show was scheduled for No Regard, from Rhode Island, who are good friends of Midnight Creeps... If there is any question regarding us playing shows, it is always a good source to check the website, as we always post shows that we will be playing... We thank you for your support, and apologize to anyone who was misinformed in thinking we were performing... It is quite possible, the source of this confusion, is the fact that we're playing Sunday, MARCH 23rd... We again, apologize if anyone was disappointed, and misinformed, but, again, we ALWAYS post shows on the website...

January 12, 2003:I'm calling this post, "Get Off My Case"... LOL... First off, thanks to everyone for making 2002 a fantastic year for Endangered Feces, and we hope that 2003 will be even better... We want that CD to come out this year, so tell your friends to support Endangered Feces in every way possible... Wear those shirts and patches everywhere... Tell folks about the shows... You know the deal... NOW... Why it is getting called "Get Off My Case"... Well, here's your update John... Thanks for the Attempted Birdhouse backup... It was cool as hell, and I will post the video when I have a chance... Thanks to Kevin for helping us out with the T.P. at LOCAL 7... We had a great time with all of you, and we'll be back SuperBowl Sunday, for more great shit... We're looking forward to seeing our pals, The Sleazies and Midnight Creeps from Rhode Island... Hopefully we'll have a surprise in store for everyone by then... No clues... You will just have to wait and see... See you guys soon...

November 11, 2002: Well, thanks to everyone in Suffolk for making the November 3 LOCAL 7 show, a blast... As always, playing in Suffolk is like coming home after a long business trip... It's just great to be there... Well, we got to play in Providence Rhode Island, finally, and it was okay... A pretty decent gig, although the club wasn't too happy with the toilet paper or Pete Cronin and his antics (I needn't describe to most of you)... Anyway, THE SLEAZIES were great, and we wish to thank them for everything (Thanks Gin for helping with the clean-up)... I enjoyed the set The Sleazies played, and the mobile diner afterward that Jami brought us to... The Groovie Ghoulies played a great set, which is what most people came down to see... I don't think the Met Cafe will be having Endangered Feces return, but, we hope to be back in Rhode Island in the near future... Hopefully next time with The Sleazies and our pals Midnight Creeps... That'll be a MUCH better party... But thanks again to all of you for your continued support, and we'll see you guys December 1, at LOCAL 7...

September 28, 2002: Hey... Well, firstly, we'd like to apologize to everyone who came down to the SANDLOT, on the 22nd, to see us, and watched as we were shut down by the local law enforcement... It really sucks that we had to stop playing, but we're glad you all came down and got to see some bands before it all happened... Especially our pals, Eyes Of Hate, who just rock ass... Anyway, tomorrow is the big day for Jay Levitz, as he walks down the aisle, a single man, and leaves shackled and chained, a husband... HA HA HA... So, when he gets back from his honeymoon, we'll be back on the scene, starting with LOCAL 7, November 3rd... Hopefully, we will also begin working on the CD again, as finances put us into a temporary hiatus on that... But, we hope to get back in and mix some more stuff, and master stuff as well... We're still shopping material, and will hopefully find someone interested in putting out a full length CD... New York Magazine recently did an article on NY Bands... I haven't read the article yet, as I just got my hands on a copy, but, I see that none of the amazing bands of Long Island, made it in... I tried getting onto their site, but it seems to be down at this moment... Perhaps they MAY wish to hear from you guys, on doing an article about the punk rock scene of Long Island, and all of the great bands we have here... Bands like, Eyes Of Hate, The Clap, Endangered Feces, Jones Crusher, well, you know who they are... So, check out   THIS LINK   OR   THIS LINK ,   and let them know we exist, and that we should not go unrecognized... We hope to see you all soon, and thank you, as always, for your continued support...

August 27, 2002:Hey guys... Well, it's been a while since anything has been said here in the NEWS section of the website, so I figured I'd write a little something... I've added a new feature on the site now, in case you missed it... I'll give it a trial run, and see if it proves to be beneficial... A little message board... A place for you guys to voice your opinions, reviews of shows, etc... So far I have added two groups, General Discussion, and Shows... If you guys have a group, you think I should add, e-mail me, and I will consider it... Let's see if it turns out to be something cool... Have fun with it... Anyway, that's about it for now... Thanks again for all of your support, and we'll see you guys soon...

July 06, 2002:Well, we're still in the studio, re-mixing and mastering the "A side" of the CD, which is an ongoing work in progress... I guess we're hoping we'll have something soon, that will be "album" worthy, and someone will like it so much, they will wanna spend money on it, and US... So far, the songs we've re-mixed and mastered are VERY MUCH to our liking, and I think it is starting to sound like an album... Plus, I think we're learning a lot about making something that sounds good, as opposed to going about it our old ways... You know, as long as it's loud, who cares if it sounds good... Anyway, outside of that, we're gonna be heading to Virginia at the end of this month, and we'll be back in August, to play with Anti-Nowhere League, at CBGB... We got the fantastic news today, that it has been confirmed... Hopefully, it will STAY confirmed... We're really psyched about that... Other news, is that we're also going to be playing in Boston at the end of August, with our good friends, the 99's, and our good friends The Profits (of Boston), if they're able to play that night... We'll be in Boston with The 99's, regardless... Well, I can't think of much else, aside from once again, thanking all of you for the continued support... We'll see you soon... HEY! You wanted the mess, and you got the mess... The shittiest band in the world: Endangered Feces...!!!

June 18, 2002:Hey... We're back in the studio again, to do some more work on our CD... We're re-mixing, once again... Hopefully, sometime in the near future, we'll be done, and have a finished product that we're (Jay), happy with, and we'll release the CD (or have someone releasing it for us)... Anyway, that's what we're up to, as of late, aside from gigs... We're playing the Rock N Roll Tattoo show, this Saturday, at The Kings Club, and The Knitting Factory, the very next afternoon... We've calculated over $150.00 in toilet paper for this month, which is a record... Anyway, it's time to say farewell with this update, but, I wanna leave you with many thanks for the support and friendship, you all show us... Later...

May 22, 2002:Howdy... Well, I have completed moving all of our crap over to the new server, and despite the fact that our name server was down for a few hours today, everything works just fine now... Sorry, if you were trying to get on the site, and were locked out, and got errors saying the site didn't exist... If that happens in the future, please just be patient and come back and check it every couple of hours... It's usually a small problem, and corrected quickly... Sorry for the inconvenience it caused anyone today... It was out of my hands... Hopefully, the new server will be faster, and things will be on the up and up... I've got more space to play with now, so, perhaps sometime in the near future, we'll have a video clips section, or something... I am thinking up some new ideas, as we speak... So, again, if the site ever appears down, just check it again later on, and it should be okay... Thanks again for the support, and thank you to those people that let me know there was a problem today... PEACE!!!

May 05, 2002:Hey again... First off, Happy Mother's Day, to any moms out there, that listen to, and support us... Like Colette Houlihan... Anyway, I am pleased to say that although we're still waiting for Attempted Birdhouse to re-gain approval on the MP3 site, since uploading the newly mastered version, that the 5 songs that are currently listed, are in the TOP 500 punk songs, for New York City... So you guys are doing a pretty good job, of showing your love... Keep up the good work, and let's see if we can get all of them in the top 100, if not further up the ladder... If you'd like to check out the listings, for the TOP PUNK ROCK SONGS, for NEW YORK CITY, head HERE ... We hope that you will continue to support us, and play the songs, again and again, to get them higher on the list... Outside of that, again, thank you... Also, we're looking to get some more show dates etched in stone, real soon... Some will be out of state shows... But, we hope to be playing in NY again soon... So far, it's looking like the KNITTING FACTORY, for June 23rd... I will confirm when I can... Keep checking the SHOWS page, for more dates and info... Peace out, my Fecal Friends...

May 05, 2002:Happy CINCO DE MAYO... Easy come, easy go... Wouldn't you know it? A major kick in the ass... I relisted our stuff, on MP3.COM, because of the re-mixes, and mastering, and now it has knocked us out of the top 100... I was so happy that we were honored in such a way, and I fucked it all up... Oh well.. I hope you guys will support us, and get us back in the top 100, full force... Go to   MP3.COM ... Listen to our stuff, as much as you want, and can... I know, that's pretty harsh, especially when you're not being pelted by flying rolls of toilet paper, but, listen, and get us back into the top 100... Thanks... See you guys soon...

May 03, 2002:Hey... Well, we're having a blast, with the out of state experience, and we hope to head out on the road again real soon... We also hope we'll be playing something here at home (in NY) soon too... But, the reason I decided to make a posting today was, sort of a thrill for me... I was on MP3.COM this morning, just surfing, when I noticed they have a TOP 100, by genre of music, and by area... So, I decided to take a look at PUNK, in NYC... Well, low and behold, at position number 66 and position number 85, were John Bobbit's Prayer and Don't Drink The Milk... So, thank you for supporting us, and heading over to the MP3 site... I hope you're enjoying the downloads... If you would like to check out the TOP 100 PUNK, in NYC, via MP3.com, head over to this site: CLICK HERE ... Anyway, I am gonna bolt, but, I thought I would share my joy with you guys, and thank you immensely for showing us the support, that you do... PEACE!!!

April 19, 2002:What's up everyone? Well, we're done in the studio for a short while, with all of the mastering we've done... Hopefully sometime soon, we'll have something we are truly proud of out there... Thanks to Steve Meyer, of ESR Recording Studios in Port Washington, everything sounds pretty good... Anyway, we're gonna be in Boston this Saturday, playing with The Profits, and that should turn out to be a pretty good time... We're hoping that Boston is ready for us... Either way, we'll get trashed and hang out, and hopefully not get into too much trouble... We're heading back to Washington D.C. next weekend, to play at the KAFFA HOUSE, again... Love that Ben's Chili Bowl place across the street... One of the best sources of chili and chili foods I have seen in a LONG time... As Jay described it: "It tastes like cigarettes..." Well, when you smoke 30 packs a day, anything will... Ben's Chili Bowl is an AWESOME place to eat... If you're ever in DC, check it out... Mmmmmmm Mmmmmmm Good... Well, gotta run, but, we hope to see all of you again soon... Peace, dogs...

March 23, 2002:Hey... Well, with Eric The Red's Birthday out of the way, we're gonna be heading into the studio, to do some work on our stuff, and finally have a real "master", done, so we can finally release a CD, we'd like to call "an album", if you will... So, we'll keep you posted on that, as well as any other news... There are some shows in the works, although the D.R.I thing didn't pull through as planned (they backed out, sorta last minute)... But, there are talks of shows with some other names, like UK SUBS, GRAVES, and possibly even GWAR... Nothing etched in stone yet, but we're looking into the options, and possibilities... For now, we'll be heading to Boston Massachusetts and Washington DC, for some shows, and we hope to be back in good ol' NY soon... But, for now, we have THE KINGS CLUB, April 7, 2002 (SUNDAY AFTERNOON)... Even without D.R.I, it's gonna be an awesome show... Featuring the likes of M.D.C, AWKWARD THOUGHT, THE WRETCHED ONES, GC5, THE 99's, THE CLAP, DESPEROSITY, JONES CRUSHER, EYES OF HATE, and THE PROFITS... Guaranteed, you will enjoy the show... So, we'll split for now, but we'll see you soon...

February 06, 2002:Howdy... It's that little section we call news again... Well, not a WHOLE lot going on, as you might have already read, we're planning our road trip to Washington DC... We're gonna be there on the 9th of this month, playing a show at the KAFFA HOUSE... We're coming back to Long Island on the 23rd of March, to play at the Kings Club, for Eric The Red's Birthday... I hope you will all join us for this momentous occasion... There are some new pictures up in the PICS section, from the last show at the Kings Club, which as we have stated, was a huge success, thanks to Eric, and the hundreds of you folks that came down... I was told that some girl got laid twice during our set, which I don't know HOW and WHERE that took place, but KUDOS my friend, although you could have shared it with the band... Just kidding... Slightly... Anyway, I am gonna jet for now, but, check out the new pics, and we will see you in March, for Eric's Birthday... There are some other tentative shows, in the works... Hopefully, things will fall into place, and we will be able to pull off most of them... Keep your eyes on our schedule of shows, as it may change from time to time, as far as info, new dates, changed dates, etc... We'll see you soon, and as always, thanks for all of the continued support...

January 16, 2002:Hey... Welcome again to the news... Well, it looks as if Endangered Feces is going to be hitting the road again... We're starting off in Washington DC, on February 9th... I know, it's no world tour, but, it's a chance to get out on the road... We're also booked in Boston on March 23rd... Anything in between is still up in the air, but we're looking into Boston, Philly, Pittsburg, Olean NY, again, and possibly some other places... A very special thanks goes out to Eric The Red of REDKROG , for hooking us up... He's awesome to work with, and a shitload of fun to hang with... So, with that, I will point you to the SHOWS page, for more dates and info... Good to see you guys again...

October 20, 2001:Here we are again, at this little news section... Well, I thought I would report that we played the first of several benefit shows, pertaining to the September 11th tragedy at the World Trade Center... It was a fantastic night, and the bands were incredible, and the people that came out, were generous... Thanks to you all, in 2 days we raised $500.00 for donation to the World Trade Center victims and their families...

But we don't you to stop there... Please feel free to donate any and every day, if you wish... There are plenty of organizations collecting funds, for donations... One of them is the WORLD TRADE CENTER FUND , set up by Mayor Giuliani... So, please head there now, if you haven't made a donation yet, and do so... Thank you all again for your support...

July 01, 2001:Well, people are starting to tell me, I am not posting enough news here, about the guys and myself, so I thought I would post a little somethin'...

There isn't a whole hell of a lot goin' on with us, except for the usual Sunday night band practice, drinking and Taco Bell sessions... We ARE, however looking to plan a little road trip, that would find us possibly playing Pennsylvania, Ohio, and / or Indiana... Nothing is etched in stone right now... We were supposed to head out the first weekend in August, but those plans have been changed for various reasons...

Other than that, we're looking to plan our VERY OWN, CD comp, featuring ourselves, The Clap, Desperosity and that band 86'd that I've mentioned, whom we love... It is, however, also getting off to a slow start since so far, the only music I have to convert to a CD master, is our own... So, if you guys are reading this, get me your stuff, so I can start working on the initial phase of CD comp #1... It's still in its infancy phase, but we'll keep you posted as new news arises...

So, with that, I am gonna get outta here, and hope that this tides you over, until something else happens with us... So, thanks again for your continued support, and we'll hopefully see you soon...

April 17, 2001:Howdy all... Well, we all lost an influential person in the world of punk rock, on Sunday, when Joey Ramone died in his hospital room, at the age of 49, from Lymphatic Cancer. I am sure although the Ramones had split up already, a lot of you will miss him... The Ramones brought us some fantastic punk rock, and I am sure influenced MANY of us...

Anyway, steering away from that, the Feces, is proud to announce our return, as John, and Collette have been doing great with little John, and daddy is ready to return to his wonderful life of punk rock... So, if you will jump over to the SHOWS PAGE after reading this, you will see we have a couple of show lined up for May... So, we hope that we'll see you all out there... It'll be great to be back in the swing of things... Even though our hiatus was a short one... So, with that, we'll see you soon...

April 10, 2001:Hey... Sorry it took so long to get back to you guys... Well, in case you haven't seen by now, John Robert Houlihan, was brought into this world, on April 2, 2001, at 1:25pm... Both mom and baby are doing fine, and we want to congratulate John, Colette, and welcome John Robert, into our hearts and into our extended family... Ooooh that is scary... Uncle Cronin... HA HA HA... Anyway, if you wish to see some great pictures, be sure to Click HERE

February 24, 2001:Hey everyone... It's been a while since I posted anything here, so I am back... You MIGHT just be here because the SHOWS page, brought you here... Yep, we're gonna be taking a brief hiatus from playing, after the show March 3rd, celebrating Craig Freedom's Birthday... No, not because it is his birthday, but, because great news has us taking some time off... John, our beloved bass player will be a daddy, sometime in March... We're looking at around St. Patty's day, so that is why we will not be at Asshole Fest 2001... But we'll return probably this summer, and we might even have some new shit by then too... So, stick around, and if you guys wanna sign the GUESTBOOK , and wish John & Collette your warm wishes, feel free to do so... We're all excited for him... See you soon...

December 3, 2000:Well, Christmas & New Years are right around the corner, and we wanna take the time to wish you all a Happy Holiday (Happy Chanukah to those that celebrate that way)... We have a few shows coming up, so if you head over to the SHOWS page, you can check out our calendar... But regardless, Happy Holidays, and a Happy & Healthy New Year to all of our fans that have been supporting us...

September 23, 2000: Well, the split 7", with the Loiterers was released, Saturday, at Ground Zero's (Bellmore L.I.) record release party, featuring the music of Despersity, Mad Cow Disease, Hidden Agenda, The Loiterers, and of course Endangered Feces... The 7" seems to be quite the hit amongst the fans thus far, and it will hopefully pave the way for others to come... It may even inspire the band to push for another release, if all goes well... No other show dates have been booked as of yet, and we're waiting to see what sales come of the record, before pushing another release... There are some possibilities of CD compilations in the future... Keep checking back for new updates...

May 5, 2000: Much like yourselves, we thought this recording thing would never be over, and we'd be spending thousands to complete it... Well, we've come close to the financial mark, but we're seeing a light at the end of the tunnel... The tracks are done, the mixing is done, and now we're ready to master the finished product... To give you an idea of what we've done, I have some tiny bits of audio on the
Sounds Page

April 6, 2000: The tracks are basically complete, and now we will be going back in May (May 3rd & 4th) to mix, and master. The CD should hopefully be ready by the end of May... We will keep you posted as to when it should be ready, whether at the shows, or here on the site... Delays were getting almost unbearable, but we've muddled through yet another Fecal recording...

March 23, 2000: The recording process is going a bit slower than expected... Keith, still recovering from a bout with bronchial pneumonia, unable to complete vocal tracks, as planned. Plus a few other minor details that made tracking go on a bit longer than anticipated, but we'll keep you informed of the progress, as its known...

March 5, 2000: Well, we got some groove on today, and did some more work on the recording... We also had some more flatulence excursions... Sean Clap came in to lay down a small vocal part, and some other vocals were laid down, as well as guitars... We're gonna be going back in to the studio this week, for more work... If all goes well, we're looking at an April release of the CD, so keep your eyes peeled for some more breaking news...

March 4, 2000: We've laid down some basic tracks and were having some flatulence problems... Well, they weren't really problems, except for the engineer who was subject to some violent gasses... We did learn that Endangered Feces is quite capable of finishing off three pizza pies without so much as a blink... Anyway, we've almost completed the first stage of recording, and are going back in now, to retrack some guitars and vocals as well as some polishing up. We'll keep you up to date as the project comes to a close.

February 28, 2000:Well, the only news that we can report at this point in time, is that we're heading into the recording studio (FINALLY), March 4th, to start recording for an upcoming CD (possibly)... Whether or not we actually come up with a project worth a release, we will let you know... But as you know, we're not exactly competent musicians...
